Jim is a true professional. He listened to what we wanted to look for. We agreed to spend three days looking at various homes/condos. Day 1: we met Jim for the first time, got in his car and he told us we would be seeing about 15 homes and presented with a bound brochure of the 1st days listings. Day 2: Met again with Jim and saw another 13-14 listings. Jim wanted our top five possibilities. We spent day 3 revisiting those five. We put a bid in on a home and it was signed the next morning. Jim and his assistant, Cheryl Acuafresca, are a professional team. JR Wood should have this team teaching your new agents their skills. They are knowledgeable and extremely organized. I have never worked with realtors with their skills set. My wife and I currently own our home, a cottage on Lake Erie, and now a Naples condo. I was a VP with Merrill Lynch for over thirty years and their skills are very impressive!
