Jim was as professional, efficient, understanding, helpful, instructive, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and available as we could have ever hoped for. He (and Cheryl, his assistant ) kept us updated all along the process. We never felt for a moment we were not aware of just what was going on and what it meant for the sale of our home.
